Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
In the case of a contract for the supply of services, the right of withdrawal expires where we have fully performed the service and began performance only after you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon our complete performance of the contract.
Where the service consists of supplying digital content not on a tangible medium (e.g. the report as a PDF file), the right of withdrawal also expires if we began performance after you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing your order during checkout, you give this express consent and confirm the acknowledgement described above.
